VA Benefits FAQs

There is a VA benefit that pays cash to senior veterans to help pay for long-term care. Long-term care is assistance in an adult family home, assisted living, in-home assistance, or skilled nursing. Our veterans deserve the best care and shouldn’t have to go broke paying for it. Evergreen Elder Law has dedicated our team to help seniors obtain the Aid and Attendance benefit. This is an underutilized resource because many are unaware it exists or have not sought legal advice. When you have questions about paying for long-term care and are a veteran in the Spokane and Tricities WA area, please reach out to us.
